Magic link troubleshooting

  1. Open a new browser on your device and go to https://www.cuckoo.co/login
  2. Enter your email address and click "Email me a link to sign in"
  3. In the email received (check your spam folder), click the link using the same device. (we lock magic links to the same device to make them safer, also be aware that they expire after a few minutes so no one else can use them).
  4. A new tab will open in the same browser with My Account loaded.

If you're still experiencing issues. Try copy and pasting the link from the email into your browser directly.
