How can I stay with Cuckoo when I move house?

As a Cuckoo customer, we do not charge you to move home.

  1. Log on to My Account
  2. Click "Moving Home" on the right hand side
  3. Check availability and select a sign up date here - please note there is a 10 working day wait under Ofcom regulation.
  4. Take your router with you!
