Promotional Terms & Condition

We want our broadband offers to be fair, easy to understand and with no nasty surprises.

We've laid out all the terms and conditions for all of our current offers below. If you have any further questions please email the team at customercare@cuckoo.co.

Account Bill Credit Offer - Promotional T&Cs

  • This offer is available to new residential customers placing an order on 18-month Broadband Contracts only and shall run from 10am on 20th May 2024 until 09:59 on 1st July 2024 (“Offer Period”).
  • This offer is available for new customers only
  • The offer applies to the specific broadband and related services listed only. The credit will be added to a customer account after the order has been placed, before the first customer bill and will be used solely for the purposes of applying a credit to the customer account up to the value of the bill credit stated in the offer.
  • Customers are only eligible for the up-front bill credit once charges have been placed on the account, which can only be redeemed against an active bill. This credit cannot be applied against early release fees where a customer wishes to terminate their contract, or other miscellaneous charges.
  • The offer credit cannot be applied against a customer's monthly bill where they have downgraded their service. The value of the credit on the customer's account will be reflective of the bill credit listed against the downgraded product tier stated in the offer
  • Where a customer upgrades their service after placing an order, the value of the original offer credit to their account will not change
  • We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this offer at any time without notice to you.
  • The 18-month Broadband Contract is provided on our standard terms and conditions (https://www.cuckoo.co/legal/terms) which includes an obligation to pay an early release fee if you terminate the contract before the minimum period has expired.

Free Installation (no activation fees*)
Our 18-month, and 12-month, Residential Fixed Term Contract comes with no installation or activation fees (usually £90) if you sign up for a fixed term contract during the Offer Period**

18 month and 12 month fixed-term contracts

  • This Residential Fixed-Term Contract (18 months or 12 months) offer is available to Residential customers only (Including existing customers wanting to switch) and shall run from 10am on 15th April 2024 until 09:59 1st July 2024(“Offer Period”).
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or transferred to another account holder once accepted by us.
  • The price applies to the specific broadband services listed only and doesn’t include any optional extras such as voice services, which are charged at standard rates and may be subject to change during the contract period in accordance with our standard terms.
  • We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this offer at any time without notice to you.
  • Provision of services is subject to survey.
  • the Residential Fixed Term Contract (18-month or 12-month) is provided on our standard terms and conditions (February 2024) which includes an obligation to pay early termination charges if you terminate the contract before the minimum period has expired.

* activation fees cover our costs for provisioning the services for individual customers (e.g., configuring systems and equipment) and will be payable in full as part of our cancellation charges if you terminate the services prior to expiry of the minimum period.
