Customer Refer-a-Friend scheme – Terms & Conditions May 25

  • Customers may refer friends or family to receive a new joiner offer when signing-up to Cuckoo as a new customer. Both the referring customer (“referrer”) and their nominated customer (“referee”) can receive a bill credit to be used against their home broadband service, subject to the eligibility criteria below.
  • The value of the credit received will be equal for both referrer and referee and can be redeemed against all monthly charges on Cuckoo invoices, except for any early release fees that may be payable.
  • -Bill credits will only be applied/released to both accounts following successful installation of the referee’s Cuckoo broadband service and full payment of their first two bills.
  • Where a referee cancels prior to their installation, no bill credits will be applied.
  • To be eligible:

- Referrer’s account must be up to date (not in arrears) and in good order i.e., no history of late or missed payments.

- Referrer must not have served notice to terminate its Cuckoo broadband contract or received notice from Cuckoo that its service is being terminated or suspended due to referrer’s default.

- Referee orders must be placed online using the referrer’s unique web link. If referees use someone else's code, or if the code does not register (e.g. if their PC is blocking cookies), referrers will not be eligible to receive the referral credit.

  • If for any reason an order for a referee is rejected, no detail will be provided to the referrer due to reasons of confidentiality and data protection; only confirmation will be sent to the referrer and referee once the installation has been completed, and the bill credit has been released.
  • There will be no limit to the volume of referrals that a single customer can make, although the maximum amount of bill credits payable to a referrer shall not exceed the total amount of outstanding charges payable during the minimum period of the referrer’s contract (see FAQs for further information).
  • We cannot retrospectively apply the promotion.
  • The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Cuckoo new joiner offers or promotions available through other sales channels.

Reward Cards Offer (Go Compare) - Promotional T&Cs

  • This offer is available to new Cuckoo customers taking a specified 24-month Broadband plan and shall run from 10 am on 29 May 2025 until 11:59 pm on 02 June 2025 and from 10am on 5th June 2025 until 10am on 10th June 2024 (“Offer Period”) and from . The offer is subject to verification of postcode through our online order process.
  • Eligible customers can claim a maximum of one offer at any given time and cannot claim a different offer in conjunction with this one.
  • The offer applies to:

- C-150 product for a minimum 24-month term

- C-500 product for a minimum 24-month term

- C-900 product for a minimum 24-month term

  • Where a customer requests to downgrade their service within the minimum period of their contract term, Cuckoo reserves the right to recover the cost of the reward as part of the new charges for the downgraded services, which will be notified to you prior to agreeing to any downgrade.
  • Where a customer upgrades their service after placing an order, the value of the original reward card will not change. No reward card eligibility where a customer downgrades their service after placing an order.
  • Reward cards issued to eligible customers fulfilling the terms of the offer
  • Reward card issued to active broadband accounts 60 days after activation, so long as the account is not in arrears. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Eligible customers will be sent instructions via email from Giftcloud on how to choose & activate their reward card following successful payment of the first two months’ service bill (60 days after activation). Customers will then have 90 days to activate their reward card. Once claimed, customers will have until the expiry date of the chosen gift card retailer to use the funds on the card (varies by brand).
  • Reward cards are e-cards and will be dispatched to customers’ registered correspondence email address.
  • Only one voucher will be delivered per person.
  • Please check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your chosen voucher before making your choice.
  • Vouchers should be treated like cash and kept securely. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

CityFibre 900 Mb Regional Exclusive Offer - Promotional T&Cs

  • This offer applies to Cuckoo’s 900Mb service on a 24-month Broadband plan eligible postcodes in towns and cities within Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Wolverhampton, Middlesborough, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Coventry, Sunderland, Gateshead and Leicester, and shall apply to all orders placed between 10am on 1 May 2025 and 23:59 on 15 June 2025 (“Offer Period”) and which are able to be installed by 23:59 on 30 June. Eligible postcodes and installation windows will be verified and confirmed as part of Cuckoo’s online order process before your order is accepted.
  • Eligible customers will be entitled to receive a £120 credit applied to their Cuckoo account​
  • This offer is available for new customers only ​
  • The offer applies to the specific broadband and related services listed only. The credit will be added to a customer account following installation, before the first customer bill and will be used solely for the purposes of applying a credit to the customer account up to the value of the bill credit stated in the offer.​
  • Customers are only eligible for the up-front bill credit once charges have been placed on the account, which can only be redeemed against an active bill. This credit cannot be applied against early release fees where a customer wishes to terminate their contract, or other miscellaneous charges. ​
  • We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this offer at any time without notice to you.​
  • Cuckoo may (in its absolute discretion) apply the bill credit to orders received during the Offer Period but not installed by 23:59 on 30 June 2025 where the delay in installation is solely due to Cuckoo’s network provider.​

Receive £50 bill credit when a Cuckoo employee refers you

  • The Cuckoo Employee Referral Scheme allows current employees of Cuckoo to share an online unique link with friends and family which allows them to benefit from £50 bill credit.
  • Once a new customer buys using this link, the £50 bill credit will be applied once they are installed, their account is activated and the new customer has paid their first two Cuckoo bills. The £50 bill credit will be added to the new customer’s account approximately 60 days after account activation.
  • This promotion is only valid between 10am on 15th November 2024 and 10am on 15th February 2025.
  • To claim the account credit a new customer must use the employee’s unique link and place their order online. If the unique employee link is not used to track the order, this offer will not be applied.
  • The link must be used at the time of ordering and this promotion only applies to online orders. This promotion cannot be redeemed through any other channel.
  • If a customer chooses to leave Cuckoo before the credit is applied, their bill credit will be lost and no refund will be given for the credit they have earned through this promotion.
  • In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, Cuckoo reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion. Cuckoo reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Free Installation (no activation fees*)


Our 24-month, and 12-month, Residential Fixed Term Contract comes with no installation fees (usually £157.20 for a standard installation) or activation fees (usually £30) if you sign up for a fixed term contract during the Offer Period*
