The Cuckoo Community Referral Scheme
1.0. The terms and conditions of the Cuckoo Community Referral Scheme Contract (“Contract”) apply to the Cuckoo Community Referral scheme (“Scheme”). The Scheme rewards referrers (organisations promoting Cuckoo fibre broadband services to potential consumer customers through a personalised weblink (“Link”) with £100 each time a new customer joins Cuckoo through the Link. The Scheme also rewards the referrer an additional £25 every time the same customer renews their contract with Cuckoo.
2.0 The referral scheme rewards a referrer £100 when:
a) a new consumer customer orders any of Cuckoo’s 150 Mpbs, 500 Mpbs or 900 Mpbs broadband packages online through the Link given to the referrer by Cuckoo; and
b) The customer’s broadband package is successfully installed; and
c) The customer pays their first monthly service charge for the broadband service.
3.0 The referral scheme rewards a referrer £25 on renewal of a customer’s contract when:
a) The referred customer reaches the end of their fixed term contract with Cuckoo and renews the contract for the same fixed term as the original contract.
4.0. Limitations and administration:
a) There is no limit to the amount of referrals a referring organisation can make.
b) There is no limit to the amount of times the referring organisation will be rewarded the £25 when their referral renews their contract with Cuckoo.
c) At the end of each month, the amount of online referrals using the ink will be totalled. When these referrals are installed and the customer pays their first bill, the organisation will be paid for the total amount of successful referrals made. The money will be transferred into the organisations nominated bank account.
d) The £100 and £25 referral rewards are only available as bank transfers to the referrers nominated account.
e) The organisation making the referral must abide by the terms of the Cuckoo Community Referral Scheme Contract.
f) Every organisation applying for the Scheme must be approved by Cuckoo. If the organisation promoting Cuckoo breaches the terms of the Scheme or otherwise acts in a way that could bring Cuckoo into disrepute, Cuckoo reserves the right to withdraw the arrangement
g) Every organisation must use their own personalised Link sent to them by Cuckoo.
h) When an organisation promotes Cuckoo, it must not make any claims that are not provided within the Referral Presenter
5.0 You will not be eligible to referral scheme if:
a) You refer a customer to us other than through the Link; . Referrals not made through the Link , for example if the person you refer signs up through a third party such as a price comparison site or by visiting the website without using the Link orr calling our team.
b) The customer you refer does not get the service installed
c) The customer you refer fails credit checks
d) The customer you refer does not pay their first monthly service bill
Cuckoo reserves the right to withdraw the Scheme at anytime. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
