Terms and conditions for Cuckoo ‘Unwired’ wilderness cabin competition.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Cuckoo ‘Unwired’ wilderness cabin competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter is Cuckoo Fibre Limited, registered office 6th Floor 33 Holborn, London, England, England, EC1N 2HT (“the Promoter”).

ELIGIBILITY

1.     This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2.     The following are ineligible: (i) employees or agencies of Cuckoo Fibre Limited; and (ii) anyone else connected professionally to this promotion

PROMOTION PERIOD

3.     This promotion will be available to social media users who engage in competition The Competition closes midday 17th May.

HOW TO ENTER

4.     The Promotion will be conducted via Cuckoo Fibre Ltd’s Instagram channels

5.     To enter the Promotion, eligible individuals must.

a. Follow @cuckoobroadband and @unyoked.co 

b.     Tag who you’d take to a cabin

LIMITS ON ENTRY

6.     Multiple entries are not permitted. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

7.     The winner will be selected at Random no later than 10 am on May 20th

8.     The winner will be notified via social media. The winner will be announced no later than 5pm on May 20th.

PRIZES 

9.     The winner will receive a “prescription” from unyoked with a value of £358, any additional charges accrued will be the responsibility of the prize winner

10.  Prescriptions are ready to use within 24hrs and don't expire for 3 years.

GENERAL

11.  If, for any reason, the winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

13.  Gift cards cannot be exchanged for other denominations or tender (i.e. cash)

14.  By entering this promotion, you agree for the Promoter to include details of your win on the Promoter’s website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes strictly relating to the prize draw.
